Join us for 90 minutes of guided yoga and meditation with our instructor, Melissa Handy of Z’s Remedies. This class is meant to meet you where you are. There will be modifications to poses to make sure everyone is able to participate, whether it’s your first class or you’re a seasoned Yogi.
If you will be joining us in person, you can bring your own mat, but this is not required and one will be provided to you if necessary. In person capacity limit of 10 people.
If you are joining us virtually, wear comfortable clothing that won’t impede movement and find a spot in your home with plenty of room to move around while you are able to see your screen. Don’t worry, you are not required to have your camera on to participate.
